How long have you been making fudge?
We have been making fudge onsite at Shenot’s Farm since 1975
How many flavors of fudge do you make?
Our fudge list includes over 50 flavors. Some of these are seasonal and only made at certain times of the year. Our online store list may change periodically in order for our customers to have a chance to try different flavors of our fudge. You can see our compete list of fudge on the fidge page of our website.
What are the ingredients of the fudge?
Sugar, water, butter (cream, salt) corn syrup solids, partially hydrogenated palm kernel oil with soy lecithin, brown sugar, non-fat dry milk solids, cream powder, sorbitol, salt, natural and artificial flavors, potassium sorbate.
Chocolate base flavors also contain cocoa, chocolate liquor, cocoa butter, soy lecithin (an emulsifier)
Nut fudges contain either walnut, peanuts, pecans, pistachios or cashews.
Other variations of our fudge may contain items such as caramel, maraschino cherries, dried cherries, raisins, different varieties of cookies, marshmallows, toffee pieces, butter finger pieces, chocolate candy pieces. Other add on items may not be included here. Please contact us at orders@

Allergy Information: Our fudge may be manufactured on the same equipment that processes wheat, egg, peanuts, and tree nuts. Contains soy milk. May contain peanuts and tree nuts.
What is the shelf life of the fudge in boxes?
Once the fudge is cut form the slab it is best to leave it at room temperature in the box it was packaged in. Properly stored fudge, will have a minimum shelf life of 4 to 6 weeks. We recommend that you enjoy the fudge as soon as possible for the best quality taste. Do not refrigerate the fudge. It needs to breathe and it could pick up smells from the refrigerator. Fudge may be frozen for several months if properly wrapped. After removing the fudge from the freezer, unwrap it and allow it to thaw. With our online store you can order fudge at anytime so there is truly no need to freeze it.
What is the shelf life of the fudge in tins?
Fudge will keep soft in the tins for approximately 4 months. We recommend that the fudge is eaten within two months for the best quality flavor.
How long before I receive my order?
We will be sending you fresh fudge. After receiving your order, it will take us at least two days to get it made, allow it to set, and then package it for shipment. We will then send you an e-mail to let you know when your fudge was shipped. If at anytime you need a rush order, please call and let us know and we will do our best to accommodate you. Is the Shenot Farm website secure?
Yes, we use PayPal to process your order by way of the security features PayPal offers. You can safely use Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express on our website. If you feel more comfortable mailing us a check for you order, we can do that to. Place your order online, and we will wait to receive your check. After your check has cleared the bank, we will ship your order.
